PROVINCIAL OFFENCES - HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT

Provinces offences under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) include, but are not limited to, parking offences, not wearing a seatbelt, speeding, careless or impaired driving, disobeying signs, possessing hand-held communication devices while driving, driving under suspension, driving without insurance and failing to stop or remain.

If you have been charged with a Part I, II or III provincial offence under the HTA and wish to dispute it or are dissatisfied with a parking ticket decision by the screening officer and wish to dispute it at the Administrative Penalty Tribunal, please contact our office today.
